Introducing the Voice of Experience Program from The UPMC Bone and Joint Center

in collaboration with:

The Voice of Experience (VOE) Program offers a unique educational resource for patients with hip and knee arthritis about to embark on their own journey to wellness.

What is the Voice of Excellence Program?
The program connects patients that are struggling with arthritis and may need joint replacement surgery or other treatment options to other patients who have already completed their journey to a pain-free, active lifestyle and are willing to act as Patient Advisors in the VOE Program.
We are recruiting Patient Advisors!
Patient advisors share their unique knowledge and experiences, answer questions, and are available to provide support during all segments of care, non-operative treatment options as well as before, during and after surgery.
Become a Patient Advisor Now!
We are currently recruiting individuals willing to serve as Patient Advisors in the VOE Program to help other patients along their journey to wellness. Candidates must be willing to volunteer their time to talk with other Bone and Joint Center patients by phone or email. Additionally, a brief survey will help us gather information about your knowledge, experience, and interests so we can best pair you with a patient looking for help.
